We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Refunds
I will not refund money for items that were damaged in shipping.
If you receive a product that is not to your liking in some way, you are welcome to return it for a refund of the purchase price paid. Please contact me prior to shipping a return. Ship the merchandise you'd like to return back to me along with a copy of the invoice. Items must be postmarked for return within 14 days of receiving it in their original, sellable condition.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at queencitybead@gmail.com. Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer. as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on gift cards or digital downloads.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will process your refund once we’ve received and inspected your return. If returned items are deemed refundable, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
