A Kos bead is a specific type of two-hole, half-moon-shaped pressed glass bead, designed by the French designer Puca (Annick Puca) and manufactured in the Czech Republic. These beads measure approximately 3mm x 6mm and are designed to be integrated with other beads from the Les Perles Par Puca® line, such as Kheops, Arcos, Amos, and Minos, to create complex and coordinated designs. The curved shape of the Kos bead is particularly useful for forming waves and other intricate patterns in jewelry making.
